Gwen holds a Master´s degree in Management with a specialization in Finance and Marketing from ESCP Business school. She has a strong background in consulting and performance management; and later focused on transformation processes and organizational development. She gained professional experience in the pharmaceutical field when she worked for Baxter AG, then Shire from 2009 to 2017, as Head of Strategy Deployment & Process Management CE and later in the Global Business Process Harmonization Group. She will be joining us from Hookipa Biotech GmbH, where she served as Executive Director, People & Organization from June 2019 to September 2022. There she was in charge of the HR team and advised the company`s senior management on strategic People and Organization topics internationally.
