AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies for rare diseases and in critical care. To enhance our team in Vienna we are looking for an HR Operational Excellence Expert (interim) (f/m/d).
In this role you will oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Sage DPW system and modules, and establish advanced people analytics. Your primary goal is to deliver efficient, accurate DPW process solutions and insightful analytics to ensure compliance and optimize HR processes. Working closely with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and IT, you will analyze requirements, develop functional specifications, and deliver high quality solutions.
What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
- Configure and customize Sage DPW payroll and HR modules to meet organizational needs.
- Analyze existing systems to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Ensure seamless integration with HR, finance, and time management systems.
- Leverage Sage People analytics tools to collect, interpret, and present HR data.
- Develop insightful dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations in all analytics activities.
- Provide training and support to users during and after system implementation.
- Troubleshoot system issues, investigate root causes, and implement solutions.
- Stay updated on Sage DPW functionality and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Your Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations and systems, specifically Sage DPW or equivalent.
- Solid background in people analytics and HR reporting.
- Strong expertise in Sage DPW configuration, workflows, and business rules.
- Bring strong problem-solving skills and deep knowledge of HR/payroll processes
- Proficient in HR analytics tools and data interpretation.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable HR strategies.
- Excellent and proactive communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
- Background in process improvement, process harmonization, and optimization.
