Medical Science Liaison GCC (f/m/d)

AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies for rare diseases and in critical care. To enhance our team in Dubai we are looking for a Medical Science Liaison GCC (f/m/d).

As an MSL, you will be responsible for the effective use of AOP Health's products, providing scientific advice within the medical community and building relationships with KOLs.

What Your Day To Day Will Look Like

  • Developing and maintaining peer-to-peer collaborations and relationships with key medical experts in the field of Haematology, Cardiology & pulmonology, and intensive care
  • Develop programs to improve health outcomes in partnership with physicians, industry personnel and health departments.
  • Collaborate with physicians on medical affairs initiatives including publications, advisory boards, medical education opportunities, training, and speaker development.
  • Serve as scientific peer-to-peer resource to external disease experts and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the medical community with up-to-date medical information, robust disease expertise, and product information.
  • Train internal stakeholders on key scientific and medical topics in the company portfolio
  • Maintain effective and appropriate communication among internal stakeholders while maintaining full compliance with relevant requirements.
  • Advise on changes, and trend in market trends and competitors’ activities.
  • Generate tactical territory plans to provide needs based, value-added support of the medical and scientific community in-line with company goals.
  • Uses systems to strategically map, identify, profile, and prioritize thought leaders in line with the medical plan and goals.
  • Align all activities with assigned senior leader.
  • Liaising & coordinating medical activities with head office, different departments & medical community within the given territory
  • Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of all activities.
  • Coordinating and reporting pharmacovigilance and quality to line manager and LSO’s.

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (Medical, Pharmacy)
  • Therapeutic area expertise in Haematology or Cardiology and Intensive Care is highly preferred.
  • Arabic and English speaker is required
  • A talent for building relationships with medical professionals
  • Willingness to travel for field visits with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in meeting planning and facilitation
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented with strong work ethic and commitment to full compliance with company SOPs, legal and regulatory requirements
