Product Quality Manager (f/m/d)

AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies for rare diseases and in critical care. To enhance our team in Vienna we are looking for a Product Quality Manager (f/m/d).

As a Product Quality Manger, you'll take end-to-end responsibility for overseeing the quality of the products you're working on.

What Your Day To Day Will Look Like

  • You will be the expert on quality related topics for your products, e.g. product specifications, comprehensive diagrams, product changes.
  • Represent all quality functions on the Technical Product Team for products under your responsibility
  • Review key documents from contract manufacturing organizations (e.g. batch records, analytical procedures, incidents, change controls) to ensure proper quality standards from our partners (with the possibility to support supplier audits as a GMP auditor)
  • You will ensure continuous improvement by analyzing the key attributes of your products during the ongoing stability program and batch release trending.
  • Use your expertise to complete the annual product quality review for your products.
  • Optional: Become a system owner for the AOP Health network for the following quality systems: Product Quality Review, Key Document Management, Ongoing Stability and Trending.
  • Play an active role in incident and OOS investigations for products under your responsibility.
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the respective product.
  • You are a team player and enjoy working cross-functionally (with CMC, Regulatory, Qualified Person) and with contract manufacturing organizations around the world.
  • Work closely with various quality functions (e.g. for quality agreements, conducting audits and being audited).

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • Natural science/scientific background (HTL, FH, university)
  • 2+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferably QM/QA (Deviation and Change Control Management)
  • Profound GMP knowledge and audit experience desirable
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects and being able to priorities and self-manage
  • Strong communication and presentations skills in English and German
  • IT skills (Office 365, Adobe Acrobat)

  • Gross monthly salary provided for this function is a minimum of EUR 3.800.- based on full-time employment. Any potential overpayment depends on professional experience and qualifications.
