AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies for rare diseases and in critical care. To enhance our team in Vienna we are looking for a Senior Manager International Quality Systems (part-time/full-time) (f/m/d).
With your GMP experience, technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of quality processes, you will significantly contribute to digitalization of AOP’s Quality Management Systems and shape the globalization of AOP’s quality processes.
What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
- Act as project lead for the expansion of AOP’s electronic quality management system (QMazing)
- Closely collaborate with subject matter experts, consultants and supplier
- Overview and ensure project timelines and project budget
- Closely collaborate with quality departments from country organizations to understand local requirements and ensure these requirements are implemented in the eQMS
- Ensure that identified enhancements are implemented
- Act as system administrator for the eQMS system
- Actively participate in trouble shooting
- Support other departments in utilizing the eQMS system
- Act as final QM-approver for corporate procedures
- Act as owner of selected corporate procedures in relation to the eQMS
- Actively participate in defining structure and responsibilities within AOP’s future global QMS
Your Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant education 5+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferably in a QM/QA role with a global context
- Experience in leading projects
- Thorough understanding of computerized system validation (CSV) requirements and eQMS, preferably with hands-on experience in CSV projects
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and being able to priorities and self-manage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and hands-on mindset
- You are a team player and enjoy working cross-functionally
- Strong communication and presentations skills in German and English IT skills (Office 365, Adobe Acrobat)
